Shipping policy
Processing Orders
Our goal is to prepare your purchase as soon as possible. 1–3 business days, every order is processed. Please be aware that on weekends and holidays, our staff does not process or ship orders.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can easily follow its path from our warehouse to your door.
Time of Shipping
All orders qualify for free standard shipping, which should arrive within 8 to 12 business days. Although we make every effort to adhere to these deadlines, please be aware that uncontrollable events, carrier delays, or customs procedures can cause delays.
Don't worry if your order takes longer than expected. Our customer service department is available to assist you. Please get in touch for updates.
Cancellation and Modification of Orders
We are aware that circumstances change. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. Although our staff will make every effort to fulfill your request, orders may be processed or dispatched after 24 hours, at which point modifications may not be feasible.

We provide international shipping. We are pleased to deliver your orbofvitality to you wherever you may be.
Monitoring Your Purchase
An email with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is completed and dispatched. Should you not receive this email or require further help, please contact us at support@orbofvitality.com, and we will furnish you with the relevant details. For convenient updates, you can also follow the progress of your order using our tracking website.
Is the package missing?
Here's what to do if the tracking indicates that your shipment was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Ask your neighbors or family members if they accidentally accepted the box.
- Make sure everything is correct by checking the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- For more information and evidence of delivery, get in touch with the carrier directly.
- Send us the evidence of non-delivery as soon as you have it, and we'll handle processing your order refund.
