Your satisfaction is our top goal at orbofvitality. Our return and refund policy guarantees a seamless resolution in the event that something isn't quite right. Please read over the information below.
Refunds and Returns Duration
After you receive your orbofvitality, you have 14 days to ask for a return or refund.
Items that are flawed or damaged
Within 14 days after receiving your smart ring, please send us a picture or video that clearly shows any flaws or damage. Your refund will be completed within 24 hours of verification.
Unexpected or Have You Changed Your Mind?
Within 14 days of delivery, you can ask for a return if your smart ring isn't exactly what you wanted or if you decide you no longer need it. The item needs to be in its original packing and undamaged state. Within a day after receiving and examining the returned smart ring, your refund will be processed. Please take note:
- Return Cost: The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking costs: There won't be any restocking costs.
Items for Sale
Returns and refunds are accepted for sale items as long as they fulfill the same requirements as items sold at regular prices.
Processing of Refunds
Your refund will be completed within 24 hours of your return being accepted and the item being received. Depending on how long it takes for your bank to complete the refund, it will show up on the original payment method.
We are open to exchanging items. Please get in touch with us within the 14-day return window if you would want to swap your smart ring for another item.
Details of the Warranty
A 9 month warranty against material or craftsmanship flaws is included with every orbofvitality purchase. Damage resulting from mishaps, abuse, or improper handling is not covered under this warranty. We will repair your smart ring at no additional cost if it is damaged under warranty. The warranty only covers replacements or repairs; refunds are not covered.
